There is also a MANDATORY Parent/Cheerleader Meeting

on Monday, April 1st at 5:30 in the PJP Library.

All cheerleaders and at least one parent are required to attend.

Camp fees and uniform deposits will be due at this time.

Students who did not make the team this year - there are still opportunities to add to PJP’s school spirit.
If you are interested in joining the Pep Squad, please speak to Mrs. Tinney or Mrs. Battistella.
Mrs. Doucet and Ms. Short also highly encourage private coaching and conditioning to prepare for tryouts next year.
Please speak with either coach to discuss our recommendation of programs and coaches.

The PJP Cheerleaders attended the Southwestern Cheerleader Association's Elite Camp in Sandestin, Florida.  The Cheerleaders nailed both their home routine and the final evaluation, receiving superior ribbons for both and winning runner up grand champion in the small varsity division.  Most importantly, the cheerleaders were awarded the SCA staff leadership award for the team that most exemplifies Christian values, leadership, perseverance, and spirit during the week of camp.

PJP Senior, Amber Lupo, was named All-American and will have the opportunity to perform at the Citrus Bowl this fall. PJP 9th grader, Chloe Couvillion was a finalist in the camp jump-off and was the camp dance champion.

In honor of their friend and classmate, Spencer Coe, the cheerleaders had a balloon release ceremony on the beach in San Destin.
