ADVANCEMENT OFFICE

Advancement Team: Areas of Responsibility

Dick Berkowitz, President
Responsible for the overall functioning and coordinating of all advancement activities
Maintains school relations with archdiocesan offices, pastors, principals, parents and the external school community
Serves as an ex-officio member of all advancement organizations and committees
Chairs advancement team meetings

Sherri Dutreix, Administrative Assistant
Prepares correspondence
Assist in coordination of activities
JagFest Chair
Grandparent's Day Chair
Direct Mail
PSA's Advertisements and Promos
Parent Ambassadors
Bookstore
Parent Club Liason

Andrew Hickman, Director of Advancement
Serves as PJP spokesperson in the community
Coordinator of the Advancement Team and Core Team
Oversees website data and maintenance
Organizes and implements the Annual Fund
Organizes and promotes involvement in PJP alumni activities and events
Coordinates and implements PJP fund-raising events
Works closely with principal and Core Team in Enrollment Management
Coordinates marketing and public relations activities
Liaison with the local Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Clubs

Mark Jeanmard, Associate Director of Advancement
Supports the Director of Advancement in all Advancement Office activities and events
Business Partnerships
PJP Camps (both athletic and academic)
Serves as an Advancement Team member and Core Team member

Brother Jim Malone, Advancement Office Advisor
Works with all internal communication to and from the Advancement Office
Serves as Advancement Team and Core Team member
Articulates and promotes the mission while integrating ministry as a viable component of the culture of PJP

Martha Mundine, Principal
Works with Enrollment Management, Admissions and Student Retention efforts
Serves as an Advancement Team member
