ADVANCEMENT GOALS & PRIORITIES
To create and implement the new Advancement Office infrastructure which will be guided by two teams:
1. PJP Advancement Team
2. Advancement Core Team
To manage the enrollment at PJP by accomplishing the following:
- Attracting new families to PJP by increasing student enrollment for 2012-2013 by 10%
- Retaining 100% of the present student body as they advance from year to year
- To identify, invite and involve the PJP alumni into the overall Advancement efforts of the school - through personal invitation, meaningful involvement, and PJP sponsored activities and gatherings
- To successfully implement the 2011 - 2012 Annual Fund with over 500 donors and over $100,000 in monetary gifts
- To aggressively promote and market PJP in the Slidell community and throughout this region of East St. Tammany - attracting friends, businesses, feeder sources, past parents, grandparents, community leaders and prospective donors
- To successfully promote and implement the PJP Jag Fest and other key fund-raising events sponsored by the Advancement Team
