2011-2012 School Calendar Scheduled Admission Dates for Principals

2011
November 14 - Application forms distributed and posted on line

November 16 - Application forms returned to elementary principals (no money collected)

November 18 - Application forms and records sent by elementary principals to high schools

November 16 - February 18 No active recruiting of 7th & 8th graders/ Camps and Fundraisers OK

2012
January 7 - Application Day (8am) all schools ($20 fee collected day of test)

February 6 - All folders of students not accepted are sent to OCS

February 9-10 - Folder review @ OCS
      February 9th from 9:00-11:00 am and 1:00-3:00 pm
      February 10th from 9:00-11:00 am

February 14 - Acceptance letters mailed to students Catholic Elementary principals are notified by email/fax of acceptance/rejection

February 16 - Invitations to apply mailed to students
