UPDATE: The cookie dough will be delivered to PJP on Nov. 4.  
Please pick up your cookie dough at the PJP Gym on Nov. 4 (we won't have practice that day).

State Swim Meet Info - Wednesday, November 19, 2008

LHSAA State Swimming Championship Meet is on Nov 19th (Wed)

Team rooms: I have 4 rooms reserved two for the boys and two for the girls, 4 kids in each room, each room has two double beds.

Parents' rooms: I have 10 rooms blocked for parents who are going. Please call me ASAP so I may pencil you in and give you the descriptions of the rooms. If you wish to stay at a different hotel you may do so.

The school is only paying for the team rooms (not the parents' rooms).

Each room comes with 4 free Shoney's-style breakfasts.

Time line for the State Meet (subject to change ... these are from last year):
7:30 am - Warm Ups
9:00 am - Prelims Start  
4:00 pm - Warm Ups
5:00 pm - Finals Start
8:30 pm - Estimated end of meet (based on last 2 years)
