On Thursday, January 13th, our boys varsity team were victorious, 7-0, over Christ Episcopal, extending their record this season to 11-1- 5. Following the game, the team recognized their eleven graduating seniors who have become excellent leaders and valuable members of our soccer program. In alphabetical order, those seniors honored were: Will Adams, George Arata, Nathan Baker, Nicholas Barone, Jack Everard, Joey Hosni, Brenden Kuzminski, Lincoln Oertling, Shawn Riviere, Wil Varnado, and Patrick Whitehouse. Each young man was presented to their parents at midfield. They enjoyed cake and gifts following the evening's presentation. As stated at the end of the evening, "Although our seniors will not be here next year, their spirit of leadership, determination, and sportsmanship will always be with us at PJP. Thank you, seniors, you will be dearly missed next season. Thanks, too to their parents who've dedicated much of their time and energy - over the years - to their sons and especially to PJP soccer. We are so grateful for your support!
