Skidmore to Attend Tulane Summer Program

PJP Congratulates Junior, Maxwell Skidmore, who has been accepted and will attend Tulane University's Pre-College Program on full scholarship this summer. From July 4th - 16th, Skidmore will be taking part in their "Introductory to Neuroscience" residential session that includes a hands-on laboratory. More specifically, Skidmore was awarded Tulane's Science Scholars Program Louisiana Promise Scholarship. Maxwell is very excited for this opportunity stating, "I'm looking forward to meeting others in the program from different walks of life and backgrounds". He intends to, one day, enter Nursing studies and aspires to attend either Xavier or Tulane University. Skidmore also took advantage of PJP's medical internship , and appreciated the valuable experience that he has gained from the in-house program. Maxwell is a member of Cross Country, Track, Powerlifting and Swim at PJP, and participates in HOSA. No surprise that his favorite subject is Biology.
