TOPS (Taylor Opportunity Program for Students) is a program of state scholarships for Louisiana residents who attend Louisiana Public Colleges and Universities, schools that are part of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, approved Proprietary and Cosmetology Schools, or institutions that are a part of the Louisiana Association of Independent Colleges and Universities. 

When you register for the ACT, use the code 1595 to make sure your scores are sent to LOSFA (Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance) for TOPS consideration. The SAT code is 9019.
